I am a second generation, family inspired entrepreneur, who is highly driven in building a people centric business that is passionate about creating innovative solutions that capture hearts and minds. Our Deli Spices Group is one of the leading seasonings and additive blend suppliers to the Sub-Saharan food industry. We package globally-sourced, high-quality ingredients to create convenient offerings for our clients. We specialise in almost anything to do with flavour and food enhancement: from flavourants (natural spices and herbs) to meal creation (home meal replacement, catering and restaurant ingredient solutions), to functional ingredients (soya protein, casings (natural, collagen and artificial), and meat processing equipment and packaging. We work hard to maintain strong relationships with our customers who include leading retail corporates, independent multi-national butcheries and delis, major meat processing plants, speciality customers, and food services and catering organisations.

The manufacturing plant and head office is based in Cape Town and our footprint extends throughout thirteen distributors managed through our unique and long-term partnerships. In 2017, Deli Spices entered into a strategic partnership with MANE, one of the largest flavour and fragrance companies in the world. This relationship presents exciting opportunities for innovation offerings to our clients and to the industry. This Partnership has resulted in my role being responsible for managing both the Mane South Africa and Deli Spices companies as CEO and Senior Vice President respectively
